With more than 15 years of experience in the Health and Wellness industry, I provide customised services for individuals and corporations. I also aim to offer a range of quality treatments that can help people become the best version of themselves and live the best lives possible. Prior to starting my journey in the Health and Wellness industry in 2004, I worked as a Project Manager in Global Construction, Pharmaceutical, and Energy industries. Whilst living in California where I initially trained in Massage and Bodywork, I ran a thriving business in Health and Wellness, including creating and managing a number of Corporate Wellness Programmes for Northrup Grummon and a large Californian Healthcare Corporation. As a Level 2 Ride Leader at British Cycling, I have completed a number of cycling fundraising events, including Women V Cancer Ride the Night competing and participating in a Voluntary Support Role as a Ride Angel, as well as Women V Cancer Cycle Tanzania (which spanned a distance of 400 km) and as part of my fundraising, I had all my hair shaved off. Cycling from London to Paris and back with a mate and a backpack for Alzheimers as well as local charity recipients.
My chosen charity for 2020 is ECPAT, a charity to support and protect vulnerable children from trafficking. I was fortunate to have spent time volunteering in the MacMillan dedicated Wellness Centre at the NHS Southampton Hospitals Trust, providing complementary therapy to Cancer sufferers and their families.
Amongst other events, I have cycled in the Annual Cape Town Cycle Tour in March 2016, and I was appointed as a ride captain for the Saints Foundation Annual Cycle Fundraiser in May 2017, cycling from Stoke to Southampton over 2 days covering a distance of 200 miles.
I provide free leg massages to all participants of Walk The Test Way, an annual fundraising event sponsored by The Rotary Club. In 2019 I was fortunate enough to be invited to provide complimentary chair massage to visitors at DEMFEST at Sir Harold Hillier Gardens in Romsey. I have given complimentary therapy sessions at the MacMillan Cancer Centre at Southampton General Hospital and the Hoffman’s Hospice Centre in California.
Additionally, I cycled Land’s End to John O’ Groats with a friend in July 2015, covering 1,100 miles to raise money for Alzheimer’s. I am also a regular donor of gift certificates to local charities in their fundraising efforts.
In 2018 we indirectly and directly donated and provided complimentary treatments and gift vouchers to the value of over eleven thousand pounds, this represents a significant amount of money for such a small little entity such as THAW.
In 2019 we indirectly and directly donated and provided complimentary treatments and gift vouchers to the value of £13,000 – again this represents a very significant amount of money for a very small entity such as THAW.

- My Care For Carers Programme – I offer 30% off services except Facial Enhancement Acupuncture, Infertility Reflexology and Infertility Acupuncture.
- Refer A Friend Programme – If you refer someone, they will receive 10% off their first appointment, and you will receive 10% off on your next appointment for every person you refer
- Corporate discounts of 15% for Corporate Wellness Programme participants for services at my clinic.
- British Veterans Recognition Card (BVRC) – This card enables British Armed Forces veterans to have access to a range of complimentary and sports treatments from me at a maximum rate of £30 per treatment
